Return Policy

At HappyZoo, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process:​

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.​

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@happyzoo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.​

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.​Shopify
